Q: How does body jewelry support me in feeling more confident and sensual in my body?
A: Body jewelry can be a fun, flirty, and sexy addition to your wardrobe. You can display it proudly over your clothing for a stronger statement. You can wear it under clothing to provide a hint and add some playful mystery. It can also be worn with your lingerie or swim wear to show off the lines of your body. Perhaps all you want to feel is the touch of cool metal on your skin. Body jewelry can help you on your journey of self love and celebration of your body.
Wearing body jewelry can tune you into parts of your body that aren't used to feeling metal chain. Awareness of chain touching the center line of your chest, wrapped around your waist, or touching the length of your back tunes you into your body. That unfamiliar touch can snap you out of your buzzing thoughts and into how your body feels in that moment, giving your mind a moment to breathe.
Q: Why do you use stainless steel for all your items?
A: Stainless steel has been a great metal to work with and a great offer to those with a metal allergy. It's also sturdy and tarnish resistant unlike sterling silver.
Q: Are all pieces handmade or manufactured and outsourced?
A: All items are created by hand by owner and founder Jennifer Lee in the USA. Ji Hee Jewelry is Asian and woman owned and is inclusive to all folks.
Q: Can I wear my jewelry in the shower, ocean or pool?
A: Yes, your jewelry is safe to wear in the shower, ocean, and the pool. It's highly recommended that you clean them to remove any residual chemicals, oils, salt, and dirt to protect them from long term exposure and build up.
Q: How do I clean my jewelry?
A: Add 1-2 drops of mild soap to a bowl of warm water. You may use a clean soft wash cloth to removed stubborn dirt if needed. Rinse in clean water and pat dry.
Q: How do I care for my jewelry?
A: Keep them protected from dust and from touching other jewelry to prevent scratching. A soft cloth pouch would work well if you're unable to store easily. Designs with pearls require moisture found on your skin or in the air to maintain their luster. Do not store pearls in an airtight container.
Q: I have a different body size and shape than some of your models online and on social media. How do I know if it will fit me?
A: Design measurements are included in the online shop. It's recommended that you use a flexible measuring tape to check for fit on your body. If you have any questions you may contact me. We will also accept custom sizing requests because all bodies deserve body jewelry.
Q: Does it fit over my clothes easily?
A: Yes! The body chains are designed to slip over lingerie, t-shirts and clothing alike. We would advice you to size up in the body chain if you desire to wear much bulkier clothing with the chains!
Q: What if I get my piece and it doesn't fit. Do you offer returns or refunds?
A: It is strongly recommended to double check measurements against your body first before purchasing. If there are any questions on sizing, please contact us for a recommendation or for custom sizing before purchase.
Sales are final. Due to the nature of the product there are no returns. However, exchanges will be honored at the cost of the customer.
